This is a Poly bagger that
can be adapted to most any weigher. The Vortex 3600 will adapt to a
wide range of weights and bag types. Three simple adjustments is all
it take to go from a 2lb. bag to a 20lb. bag. Works well with Poly
bags, Poly Mesh bags, and Mesh bags without changing any components of the
machine.
This machine has a large
infeed which will cut down on bridging and down time. Vortex has
eliminated the use of vacuum and blower fan systems to open bags and
makes the system much easier to maintain. Add to that the use of touch
screen technology and the fact that the Vortex 3600 uses less
compressed air and electrical, this is a great addition any production
facility.
