StraPack AQ-7M

FAST!  Minimum of 30 cycles per minute, which is 15% faster than the previous model the SS-80MD.  the AQ-7M provides the speed and dependability seafood and meat processors need in their packaging lines.

MOISTURE PROTECTION  With a stainless steel body and parts made of water-resistant materials such as stainless steel and aluminum, the AQ-7M defies rust and corrosion even in the harsh environments.  This moisture protection is reinforced at the bottom of the body which has greater exposure to moisture than other parts of the machine.

BUILT TO LAST  Permanently lubricated mechanisms, side-seal design and a fully enclosed cabinet protect the machine from salt-water runoff, oil and dust.
QUICK HEATER  Ready to operate in less than 25 seconds.  Designed to insure high joint strength.
EASY TENSION CONTROL  Tension is adjustable via a conveniently positioned dial.  Consistent tensioning is provided by a tension arm system.
PORTABLE  Reduced body weight of 200 kg  (440lbs.) increases portability.  Table height is adjustable to three positions [624mm,642mm,664mm (24-9/16", 25-5/16", 26-1/8")]
NEW ARCH SYSTEM  Newly designed arch system ensures more precise strap positioning and reduces strap twisting.  AQ-7M can be supplied to operate on a wide variety of strap thickness and strap widths ranging from 5mm to 19mm (5/8").
