The STA-550
Conveyorized Automatic Turntable stretch-wrapper offers increased throughput
for busy facilities where packaging has become a bottleneck. With its
in-feed and out feed accumulation, this machine allows operators to stage
multiple loads upstream of the wrapper, or to draw them in from existing
conveyors. With a fully automated wrap cycle, the STA-550 can operate with
minimal operator intervention compared to traditional turntable machines
freeing up man hours for other tasks.
The turntable style system takes up less floor space
than rotary-arm automatic machines, and the integrated conveyor system
allows forklift operators to load and unload the system while the machine
wraps loads without interruption. Capable of wrapping up to 40 - 50 loads
per hour the STA-550 provides users with stable loads packaging automation
in a small footprint.
