Plastic ( Polypropylene and Polyester strapping)

The ORT-250 by Orgapack is the latest in a new line of friction welding tools.  For use with polyester or polypropylene strapping, the 250 can be set for 1/2"- 5/8" with a thickness of 0.20-0.40.  Features 20-45minutes of battery charges, one button control for fully automatic with the ability to operate in semiautomatic giving you control of tension and weld, and 400 straps between battery cycles.  Weight (with battery) approx. 9lbs

Orgapack's ORT-100 and 300 offers the ability of great joint strength without having to by seals.  Battery powered friction weld sealers are easy to load and easy to use without an air line or power cord to worry about.  Both have the capability of 200 - 300 straps per battery cycle, depending on thickness and tension.  The ORT-100 is designed for 3/8" or 1/2" strap with an approx. weight of 8Lbs.  The ORT-300 is designed for 5/8" or 3/4" strapping with an approx. weight of 9.5Lbs. 

Orgapack's basic model friction welding hand tool.  The ORT-50 is a manual tension friction seal designed for use with both polyester and polypropylene strapping in sizes ranging from 3/8" - 3/4" wide. Simple to operate and with the battery pack, no cords or air lines to tangle up.

Fromm P355 pneumatic friction sealers.  Ideal for production facilities.  Pneumatically powered and robust design make this a reliable tool for tough conditions.  The Fromm P355 works with both polyester and Polypropylene strapping with 3/8"-5/8" strap in mind.  Tension ability form 90-470Lbs. and a approx. weight 10Lbs.

Fromm P356 pneumatic Friction sealers.  Similar to the P355 but designed for heavy packages, the P356 uses only polyester strapping and starts in sizes of 5/8"-3/4" wide.  Tension is increased starting at 180 - 830Lbs.  This powerful tool weighs approx. 12Lbs.
