Fusion 5 Hot Air |

Designed for
harsh or dusty applications, the Fusion 5 hot air sealer is a
continuous feed sealer designed to create strong seals on pillow-style
bags without the use of bands. Utilizing 12" of concentrated
heating to melt and fuse the bag material, seals are then set via crimp rollers.
Seal widths range from the standard 1/4" up to 1/2".
Precise variable temperature, speed and pressure controls accommodate for
variations in bag thickness or composition ensuring the best seal every time.
With standard variable speed, optional horizontal or vertical sealing
orientation, and a choice of 120 or 220 voltage, the Fusion 5 can be
easily integrated with existing of fully automatic packaging
systems. A standard safety interlock switch shuts down the machine
when the control panel is opened, and a three-way switch allows for proper
cool down which extends the life of the machine. The Fusion 5 series
of sealers also offers many more options to tackle a wide variety of
sealing requirements. |

MPS 6300/MPS 6700

| The MPS 6300 (
left), the base model of the series, this machine offers a wide range of
capabilities standard to all models in the series. These constant
load, variable speed machines include : one pair of air pressurized,
digitally controlled heater bars; a PID auto tune temperature controller;
and a digital tachometer. An internal switch turns off the front
heater bars improving the sealing of Tyvek pouches. Calibration may
be completed at our facility, or by the customer. All seals are
created using economical Teflon bands, which produce consistently
excellent seals on all hat sealable bags.
The MPS 6700 ( right), is the conveyorized mate to
the 6300 series. All conveyors are stainless steel, food grade belt
conveyors complete with guide rails. Standard conveyor size is
6" w x 6' l, with a full family of conveyor options and sizes available
to meet your specific needs. Effortless to mount and detach with simple
latch and bolt mechanism, MPS conveyors are manually raised and lowered to
match any size bag. For vertical sealing, conveyors are required for
bags with a weight greater than 2 pounds. |

MPS 6100/MPS 6500

| The MPS
6100 series (left), boasts a wide range of standard features and capabilities
that are intrinsic to each and ever model in the MPS 6100/6500
series. These continuous feed sealers have a standard control panel
consisting of variable speed and a PID digital temperature
controller. The MPS 6100/6500 series utilizes variable pressure
sealing bars for the sealing process which can accommodate for variation
in bag thickness or composition, ensuring hermetic seals every time.
All seals are created using economical etched Teflon bands which maintain
high seal quality and produce consistently strong, clean seals on al heat
sealable bags.
The MPS 6500 series is the conveyorized mate to the
6100 series, and is required for bag weights greater than 2 pounds or for
particular product orientation. All conveyors are stainless steel,
food-grade belt conveyors complete with adjustable guide rails.
Standard conveyor size is 6"w x 6' L, with a full family of conveyor
options and sizes available to meet your specific needs. MPS
conveyors are effortlessly mounted directly to the floor stand. Easy
to adjust with a dependable latch mechanism, MPS conveyors are manually
raised and lowered to match any size bag.
