The Aline Model B.A.S.S. is an
unobstructed seal jaw available in 15, 20, 25 and 30-inch seal lengths. The
unique cantilever design makes this ideal for applications such as:
- Fabrication of belts or filters.
- Splicing rolls of foam or fabric where a
continuous web is required.
- Sealing box liners or valves of large
chemical or food bags.
- Bag out operations.
Each sealer is
freestanding with an option for lock down casters which allow for ease of
transportation inside your facility. The machine is adjustable for a sealing
height of approximately 40-72 inches from the floor.

Our unique Aline sealing head can be pivoted within a
180-degree range. Controls are pneumatic and push button or foot pedal
activation is available.
Options include:
- Temperature controls
- Dual elements
- Hot or cold wire cutoff
- Choice of seal element width
- Seal bars drilled for water cooling

- 110 or 220 volts
